DTX4 antibody is human and mouse reactive. At least two isoforms of DTX4 are known to exist; this antibody will detect both isoforms. DTX4 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other DTX protein family members.

DTX4 antibody can be used for detection of DTX4 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/ml. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunohistochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 68 kDa Observed: 68 kDa. ELISA, IF (20 µg/ml), IHC, IHC-P (10 µg/ml), WB (1 - 2 µg/ml) DTX4 antibody can be used for detection of DTX4 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/ml.
