At least two isoforms of HDGFRP2 are known to exist; this antibody will recognize both isoforms. This antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other HDGFRP family members

HDGFRP2 antibody can be used for detection of HDGFRP2 by Western blot at 0.5 - 1 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in rat samples; Immunohistochemistry in rat samples and Immunofluorescence in rat samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot:. ELISA, IF (20 µg/ml), IHC, IHC-P (5 µg/ml), WB (0.5 - 1 µg/ml) HDGFRP2 antibody can be used for detection of HDGFRP2 by Western blot at 0.5 - 1 ug/mL.
