Immunohistochemistry: LS-B7396 in an IHC-plus antibody, validated by our pathologists for use in IHC against formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human tissues (IHC validation procedure). A concentration of 10 ug/ml is recommended. ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 ul/well), a concentration of 4-8 ug/ml of this antibody will detect at least 100 pg/ml of recombinant Human sIL-2Ralpha when used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents. Western Blot: To detect Human sIL-2Ralpha by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.20-0.40 ug/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant Human sIL-2Ralpha is 2-4 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions..
