IRAK-M antibody can be used for detection of IRAK-M by Western blot at 1 ug/mL. IRAK-M antibody can also detect IRAK-M by immunohistochemistry at 2 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 10 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in mouse and rat samples; Immunohistochemistry in human and rat samples and Immunofluorescence in mouse and rat samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 66 kDa Observed: 70 kDa. ELISA, IF, IHC, IHC-P (5 µg/ml), WB (0.5 - 1 µg/ml) IRAK-M antibody can be used for detection of IRAK-M by Western blot at 1 ug/mL.
