Recognizes LPL in Ca2+ independent fashion. Does not cross-react with T-or I-plastin. Species cross-reactivity: Human. Does not cross react with mouse.

Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, IHC-FFPE and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml for 2h at RT. Immunofluorescence: Fixed in methanol or 3% paraformaldehyde. Immunoprecipitation (Native): 2 ug/mg protein lysate using Protein G. Positive control: Human polymorphonuclear neutrophils and monocytes, MCF-7, Jurkat cells.. IF, IHC, IHC-P (1:50), IP, WB (1 - 2 µg/ml) Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, IHC-FFPE and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml for 2h at RT.
