At least two isoforms of LEMD2 are known to exist; this antibody will detect only the longer isoform.

LEMD2 antibody can be used for detection of LEMD2 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunocytochemistry starting at 2.5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 2.5 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunocytochemistry in mouse samples and Immunofluorescence in mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot:. ELISA, ICC, IF, IHC, IHC-P (5 µg/ml), WB (1 - 2 µg/ml) LEMD2 antibody can be used for detection of LEMD2 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/mL.
