LRRC8A antibody can be used for detection of LRRC8A by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/ml. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 2.5 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in mouse samples and Immunohistochemistry in rat samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 89 kDa Observed: 95 kDa. ELISA, IHC, IHC-P (2.5 - 5 µg/ml), WB (1 - 2 µg/ml) LRRC8A antibody can be used for detection of LRRC8A by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/ml.
