At least three isoforms of MED4 are known to exist; this antibody only recognizes the largest isoform.

MED4 antibody can be used for detection of MED4 by Western blot at 0.5 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 10 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples and Immunohistochemistry in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot:. ELISA, IHC, IHC-P (5 µg/ml), WB (0.5 - 1 µg/ml) MED4 antibody can be used for detection of MED4 by Western blot at 0.5 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 10 ug/mL.
