NDST2 antibody is human, mouse and rat reactive. At least two isoforms of NDST2 are known to exist; this antibody will only detect the larger isoform. NDST2 antibody is predicted not to cross-react with other members of the NDST protein family.

NDST2 antibody can be used for detection of PDCL by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/ml. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in mouse samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 97 kDa Observed: 101 kDa. ELISA, IF (20 µg/ml), IHC, IHC-P (10 µg/ml), WB (1 - 2 µg/ml) NDST2 antibody can be used for detection of PDCL by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/ml. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL.
