IHC-plus(tm) NKX2-4 Antibody

NKX2-4 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other NK2 homeobox family members. At least two isoforms of NKX2-4 are known to exist; this antibody will detect both isoforms.

NKX2-4 antibody can be used for detection of NKX2-4 by Western blot at 1 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunocytochemistry starting at 2.5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in mouse samples; Immunocytochemistry in mouse samples and Immunofluorescence in mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot:. ELISA, ICC, IF, IHC, IHC-P (5 µg/ml), WB (1 - 2 µg/ml) NKX2-4 antibody can be used for detection of NKX2-4 by Western blot at 1 ug/mL.
