TENM3 antibody is human, mouse and rat reactive. TENM3 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other members of the TENM family.

TENM3 antibody can be used for detection of TENM3 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunohistochemistry in mouse samples and Immunofluorescence in mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 297 kDa Observed: 300 kDa. ELISA, IF, IHC, IHC-P (10 µg/ml), WB (1 - 2 µg/ml) TENM3 antibody can be used for detection of TENM3 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/mL.
