Multiple isoforms of OTUD4 are known to exist. OTUD4 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other members of the OTUD family.

OTUD4 antibody can be used for detection of OTUD4 by Western blot at 0.25 - 0.5 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunocytochemistry starting at 2.5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunocytochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 115, 123 kDa Observed: 125 kDa. ELISA, ICC, IF, IHC, IHC-P (5 µg/ml), WB (0.25 - 0.5 µg/ml) OTUD4 antibody can be used for detection of OTUD4 by Western blot at 0.25 - 0.5 ug/mL.
