Human PDCD4. This antibody is expected to recognize all reported isoforms (NP_055271.2; NP_663314.1; NP_001186421.1).

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Approx 50kD band observed in lysates of cell line HeLa (calculated MW of 50.2kD according to NP_001186421.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 ug/ml. Tested in IHC-P only with human FFPE samples.. IHC, IHC-P (5 µg/ml), Peptide-ELISA (1:128000), WB (0.1 - 0.3 µg/ml) Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Approx 50kD band observed in lysates of cell line HeLa (calculated MW of 50.2kD according to NP_001186421.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 ug/ml.
