Two isoforms of PRICKLE4 are known to exist. PRICKLE4 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other PRICKLE protein family members.

PRICKLE4 antibody can be used for detection of PRICKLE4 by Western blot at 0.25 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunocytochemistry starting at 5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 5 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunocytochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot:. ELISA, ICC (5 µg/ml), IF (5 µg/ml), IHC, IHC-P (5 µg/ml), WB (0.25 µg/ml) PRICKLE4 antibody can be used for detection of PRICKLE4 by Western blot at 0.25 ug/mL.
