SIGLEC15 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other SIGLEC family members.

SIGLEC15 antibody can be used for detection of SIGLEC15 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 2.5 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples and Immunohistochemistry in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 36 kDa Observed: 42 kDa. ELISA, IHC, IHC-P (5 µg/ml), WB (1 - 2 µg/ml) SIGLEC15 antibody can be used for detection of SIGLEC15 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/mL.
