STAT1 alpha antibody can be used for Western blot at 0.5 - 1 ug and for immunoprecipitation at 2 to 4 ug per sample. Antibody can also be used for immunocytochemistry starting at 10 ug/mL and Immunohistochemistry starting at 2.5 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunohistochemistry in human samples; Immunocytochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples.
