Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western blot: Approx 75kD band observed in Human Lung and Testis and in Mouse Kidney, Lung and Testis lysates (calculated MW of 79.9kD according to Human NP_443187.1 and 79.8kD according to Mouse NP_001153896.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 ug/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 17kD. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide..
