Multiple isoforms of TTBK1 are known to exist. This antibody is predicted to not cross-react with TTBK2.

TTBK1 antibody can be used for detection of TTBK1 by Western blot at 1 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 2.5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunohistochemistry in mouse samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 145, 151 kDa Observed: 140 kDa. ELISA, IF, IHC, IHC-P (5 µg/ml), WB (1 - 2 µg/ml) TTBK1 antibody can be used for detection of TTBK1 by Western blot at 1 ug/mL.
