    Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 110kD band in Rat Lung lysates after 1 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 184kD according to human NP_001036044.1X. The 110kD band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.. IHC, IHC-P (5 µg/ml), Peptide-ELISA (1:64000) Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000. IHC image of CSB-PA025622LA01HU diluted at 1:300 and staining in paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT.
