This antibody has been tested for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry with FFPE human tissues and western blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band approximately 80 kD in size corresponding to cKrox by western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. Lysates from mouse thymocytes are recommended for use as positive controls..
