- Scientific DescriptionCD210, also known as IL10RA, is a subunit for the interleukin-10 receptor. IL10RA has also been designated CDW210A (cluster of differentiation W210A). It is structurally related to interferon receptors. CD210 has been shown to mediate the immunosuppressive signal of interleukin 10, and thus inhibits the synthesis of proinflammatory cytokines. It has been reported that CD210 promotes survival of progenitor myeloid cells through the insulin receptor substrate-2/PI 3-kinase/AKT pathway. Activation of CD210 leads to tyrosine phosphorylation of JAK1 and TYK2 kinases. - Protein. The extracellular domain of human IL-10Ralpha (aa 22-235) is fused to the N-terminus of the Fc region of human IgG1. Source: HEK 293 cells. Endotoxin content: <5EU/mg protein (LAL test; Lonza). Lyophilized from 0.2microm-filtered solution in PBS. Purity: >98% (SDS-PAGE). CD210, also known as IL10RA, is a subunit for the interleukin-10 receptor.
