- Scientific DescriptionIL-23 Responsive STAT3 Luciferase Reporter HEK293 Cell Line is an engineered HEK293 cell line expressing firefly luciferase under the control of STAT3 response element, and human IL-23 receptor complex (IL12Rbeta1 NM_005535.3 and IL23R NM_144701.3). With this cell line, IL-23 activity can be monitored by measuring luciferase activity. The functionality of the IL-23 Responsive STAT3 Luciferase Reporter HEK293 Cell Line was validated in dose-response assays using a recombinant human interleukin 23 (human IL-23; p19 + p40), inhibition assays using the anti-IL-23 antibodies Ustekinumab and Guselkumab, as well as a Janus Kinase inhibitor, Ruxolitinib.
