Recombinant human IL-31Ra (Interleukin 31 receptor subunit alpha), encompassing amino acids 20-519 containing the extracellular portion of the receptor. This construct contains at the C-terminus the Fc domain of a human IgG1, followed by an Avi-Tag™. This protein is enzymatically biotinylated using Avi-Tag™ technology and affinity purified.
