Inositol monophosphatase 3

IMPA3 protein has 3-nucleotidase activity and can hydrolyze PAP into AMP and phosphate. This function suggests a role in the formation of bone components during endochondral ossification by scavenging PAP produced by Golgi sulfotransferases. IMPA3 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived IMPA3 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with N-6*His labeled tag.
