Influenza A viral lysate and Influenza B viral lysate (0.1 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Influenza A virus NS1 (nonstructural protein) antibody (GTX125990) diluted at 1:440. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
