    Recombinant human Integrin Alpha 4 Beta 7 (complex of ITGA4 (Integrin Alpha-4) and ITGB7 (Integrin Beta-7)). Recombinant ITGA4, encompassing amino acids 34-977, contains a C-terminal acidic tail followed by a His-tag (10xHis). Recombinant ITGB7, encompassing amino acids 20-723, contains a C-terminal basic tail. These recombinant proteins were co-expressed, and affinity purified.
