The integrin alpha L beta 2 protein is a receptor for ICAM1, ICAM2, ICAM3, ICAM4, and F11R and is involved in immune phenomena, including leukocyte-endothelial cell interactions, cytotoxic T cell killing, and antibody-dependent killing. It contributes to natural killer cell cytotoxicity and leukocyte adhesion and migration. Integrin alpha L beta 2 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is a recombinant protein dimer complex containing mouse-derived Integrin alpha L beta 2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
