It suppresses marginal zone B cell antibody production through Lilrb4a interaction. ITGAV:ITGB3, forming a heterodimer with ITGAV, interacts with ligands such as RAB25, CIB1, FBLN5, and more. It also forms a complex with PTPRZ1 and PTN, stimulating endothelial cell migration.
