Isorhapontin is an antifungal agent. Isorhapontin inhibits the hydrolytic activity of Trichoderma cellobiohydrolase I (CBH I) with a Ki of 57.2 microM. Isorhapontin also inhibits the activity of Trichoderma endoglucanase I[1][2].
