Kras is a member of the small G protein RAS family, which are a class of GTPases involved in cell signaling transduction. Kras G13D is present in 1.24% of AACR GENIE cases, with colon adenocarcinoma, colorectal adenocarcinoma, rectal adenocarcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, and endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma having the greatest prevalence.
