Lebrikizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody to IgG4kappa that binds with high affinity and specificity to interleukin 13 (IL-13) and inhibits its function, thereby preventing the formation of the IL-13Ralfa1/IL-4Ralfa complex and inhibiting the signaling pathway mediated by this receptor complex.Lebrikizumab has been used in asthma and atopic dermatitis studies. Lebrikizumab may be used in asthma and atopic dermatitis studies.
