Lenti-III-PGK is a modified version of our Lenti-III-HA with the phosphoglycerate kinase (PGK) promoter to drive transgene expression subcloned within the multicloning sites. Transgene can be expressed in cells or cell types in which commonly-used CMV promoter is inactive or often being methylated like stem cells.
