Lenti-III-UbC is a modified version of our Lenti-III-HA with Ubiquitin C promoter (UbC) to drive the transgene expression subcloned within the multicloning sites. The transgene can be expressed in cells or cell types in which commonly-used CMV promoter is inactive or often being methylated like stem cells.
