Scientific Description
The LILRB4/CD85k/ILT3 protein is a multifaceted inhibitory receptor in immune regulation that significantly downregulates multiple immune responses. As a receptor for FN1 and integrin ITGAV/ITGB3, LILRB4/ILT3 inhibits IgE-mediated mast cell activation, KITLG/SCF-mediated mast cell activation, and antibody production by memory/marginal zone B cells through the ITGAV/ITGB3 interaction.
