Live-or-Dye™ Fixable Viability Staining Kits are designed for discrimination between live and dead cells during flow cytometry. Live-or-Dye™ 375/600 has emission at 595 nm, and can be used for spectral flow analysis with the 355 nm UV laser line or the 405 nm violet laser line. 200 assays per kit.
