Recombinant human MDM2 (Mouse double minute 2 homolog), full length encompassing amino acids 2-498 (end). In this construct the N-terminal end of MDM2 is fused with GST. A short peptide linker placed between GST and the protein includes a PreScission Protease Cleavage Site to facilitate removal of the GST portion. The recombinant protein was affinity purified.
