MDVN1003 is a Brutons tyrosine kinase ( BTK ) and phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase delta ( PI3Kdelta ) dual inhibitor which prevents the activation of B cells and inhibits the phosphorylation of protein kinase B (AKT) and extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2 (ERK 1/2). MDVN1003 can be used for non-Hodgkins lymphoma (NHL) research [1] .
