(+)-Medioresinol induces intracellular ROS accumulation and mitochondrial-mediated apoptosis in Candida albicans. (+)-Medioresinol inhibits LPS (HY-D1056)-stimulated IL-12p40 production. (+)-Medioresinol is a PGC-1alpha activator that protects against endothelial cell pyroptosis in ischemic stroke via the PPARalpha-GOT1 axis.
