Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000 detects Meis in nuclear extract from K562 cells. K562 nuclear extract was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-Meis 1/2/3 (1:2500 dilution). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Meis (~54kD and 66kD). Immunohistochemistry: Detects Meis in mouse embryo paraffin sections. Immunoprecipitation: Immunoprecipitates Meis from NIH-3T3 nuclear extract..
