The Membrane-Bound TNFalpha Jurkat Cell Line is a clonal Jurkat cell line expressing uncleavable, membrane-bound human tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFalpha) driven by an EF1a promoter. The cells were generated by transduction with Membrane-Bound TNFalpha (mTNFalpha) Lentivirus (#78955).
