Mirodenafil is a newly developed oral type 5 phosphodiesterase inhibitor. mirodenafil is a modulator of the glucocorticoid receptor (GR). mirodenafil activates the Wnt/bèta-catenin signaling pathway by downregulating the expression of Dkk1. mirodenafil can be used to study erectile dysfunction (ED), Alzheimer's disease (AD) and systemic sclerosis (SSc).
