This Mitochondria Labeling Lentivirus can be used to easily label the mitochondria. The vector expresses RFP (Red Fluorescent Protein) fused to the C-terminus of the Mitochondrial Targeting Sequence (MTS), which localizes proteins to the mitochondria. This lentivirus offers a simple method to visualize the mitochondria without antibodies or chemical dyes. Combine with other organelle labeling lentiviruses for multiplexed labeling
