Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized human ICOS at 1 microg/ml (100microl/well) can bind biotinylated Mouse ICOS Ligand + Mouse IgG2a Fc fusion protein (non-lytic) with a linear range of 0.1-1.0 microg/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.
