MSAB is a potent and selective inhibitor of Wnt/beta-catenin signaling. MSAB binds to beta-catenin promoting its degradation, and specifically downregulates Wnt/beta-catenin target genes. MSAB exhibits potent anti-tumor effects selectively on Wnt-dependent cancer cells [1] .
