HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Cat# PS100001, Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY MSI1 (Cat# RC215992, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-MSI1(Cat# TA502198). Positive lysates [LY419331] (100ug) and [LC419331] (20ug) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

IHC image of CSB-PA015033LA01HU diluted at 1:500 and staining in paraffin-embedded human brain tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. Figure 5. IHC analysis of Musashi 1/Msi1 using anti-Musashi 1/Msi1 antibody (A05052-1). Musashi 1/Msi1 was detected in paraffin-embedded section of human lung cancer tissues. Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed in citrate buffer (pH6, epitope retrieval solution) for 20 mins. The tissue section was blocked with 10% goat serum. The tissue section was then incubated with 1microg/ml rabbit anti-Musashi 1/Msi1 Antibody (A05052-1) overnight at 4°C. Biotinylated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as secondary antibody and incubated for 30 minutes at 37°C. The tissue section was developed using Strepavidin-Biotin-Complex (SABC)(Catalog # SA1022) with DAB as the chromogen.
