MST1/STK4 protein is a stress-activated kinase that is critical in the Hippo signaling pathway and can induce apoptosis and regulate hepatocyte proliferation. Cleaved MST1/STK4 enters the nucleus, causing chromatin condensation and DNA fragmentation. MST1/STK4 Protein, Human (sf9, His) is the recombinant human-derived MST1/STK4 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with N-10*His labeled tag.
