MTI013 is a selective SARS-CoV-2 nsp14 Mtase inhibitor (IC50: 2.98 microM) and an antiviral agent (IC50: 10.33 microM in HCoV-229E-infected Huh7 cells). MTI013 also shows a synergistic antiviral effect with the RdRp inhibitor SHEN26 (HY-155488)[1].
