    Muscone is the main active monomer of Chinese medicinal musk. Muscone inhibits activation of NF-kappaB and NLRP3 inflammatory bodies. Muscone significantly lowers inflammatory cytokine (IL-1bèta, TNF-alfa, and IL-6) levels and ultimately improves heart function and survival.
