N-Histofine® MOUSESTAIN Kit is an immunohistochemical detection system (from Nichirei Biosciences) designed for staining of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) and frozen tissue sections from MOUSE with primary antibodies from MOUSE. The kit comprises Blocking reagents A and B (to eliminate background staining) and Simple Stain™ MAX PO (M). The latter deploys Nichirei Bios patented Universal Immuno-enzyme Polymer (UIP) technology that combines amino acid polymers with multiple molecules of peroxidase (PO) and secondary goat anti-mouse antibodies reduced to Fab fragments.
