Nidanilimab (Anti-IL-1RAP / IL-1R3) is a fully humanized monoclonal antibody targeting IL1RAP and blocks IL1alpha and IL1beta signaling. It also stimulates the immune system to destroy tumour cells. It can be used in treatment of non-small lung cancer (NSCLC) and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). MW :143.56 KD.
